WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Australia via Australia Post. All orders are sent with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled.

Dispatch Timeframes

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on weekdays are dispatched same day.

Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

CAN I REUSE MY TAN TAN ?

How many times can I use my tan tan toilet seat cover?

Each tan tan is designed for one-time use - simply flush and go.
Our covers are flushable, biodegradable, and recyclable, so you can use them once and toss them (guilt-free) without the mess or stress.

Depending on your tanning routine, you might need more than one tan tan in a single session - especially if:

You’re reapplying your tan

You’re tanning more than once in a day

You’re making multiple bathroom trips while your tan is developing

Hot tip: Keep a few on hand during your tanning sesh so you’re always covered — literally.

Fresh tan. Fresh cover. Flush and repeat.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & Refunds Policy

At tan tan, we want you to love your purchase—but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your backside covered.

🛍️ Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

The item is unused

It’s in its original packaging and condition

You can provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method—minus return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.

🚨 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us ASAP.

A clear photo of the item and packaging

We’ll either issue a refund, send a replacement, or find another solution that works for you. We've got your back(side)!

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on used items. Please ensure your item is unopened and in its original condition before returning.

📦 How to Return

Contact us at hello@tantan.com.au to initiate a return.

We’ll provide you with the return address and any instructions.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

(Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.)

Refund Policy

Change of mind & faulty items 

(a)    We do not accept returns for change of mind due to hygiene reasons, however will offer a replacement if item is faulty upon receipt and is unused ( evidence to be provided ) .

Australian Consumer Law

(b)    Nothing in these Terms attempts to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Consumer Law. In Australia, our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law are expressly excluded where permitted, except to the extent such warranties and conditions are fully expressed in these Terms.

(c)    Where you return the products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us.

(d)    Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the Price of the relevant product. Please contact us for further information.

We’ve done our best to show product colors and images accurately, but can’t guarantee how they appear on your screen.

WHO OWNS TAN TAN ?

tan tan was founded by Belle Higgins, a seasoned entrepreneur with a history of building successful businesses.

After identifying a recurring issue caused by self-tanning products, Belle developed tan tan a simple, effective solution designed to protect toilet seats from stains during the tanning process.

What started as a personal frustration quickly revealed a wider market need, leading to the creation of a first-of-its-kind product in the tanning space.

Based in Avalon, Australia, Belle continues to lead tan tan with a focus on innovation, product development, and solving everyday beauty-related challenges through smart, targeted solutions.
